A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. Leaders are supposed to serve, but many people do not understand this. Nelson Mandela epitomizes the ideal serving leader as he served his native peoples to fight for human rights.
